This painting transports me to one of my very happy places, so very far away, but always in my heart, so it's about connection and being connected.  I like the colours, just love mixing those soft greys and red ochres, and then that little aqua lift, like the endless repetitive cycle of the tide.  Oils and cold wax on cradled panel, set in a painted tray frame, overall size 23 x 23cm.
